Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
- Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with protocols.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification: B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, or GNM.
- Specialized ICU certifications such as cardiac ICU or neonatal ICU are preferred.
- Infection control training.
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred for independent ICU roles.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
